Encinitas, CA – July 28, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of a 14,398-square-foot office building located at 605 3rd Street in Encinitas, California. The final sale price was $11,000,000 (about $763 per square foot).
Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Curry and Owen Curry represented the seller, 605 3rd Street LLC, a local private investor partnership, in the transaction. The property was acquired by GJS Properties LLC, represented by CBRE’s Conor Brennan.
