Hollywood Park, a master planned community in Inglewood, will soon see its newest development come to fruition with the delivery of the NFL Media Center. The 400,000 square-foot tech complex was first announced in 2017 in the early stages of planning for the park, with completion expected this summer.

“This is a tremendous partnership that will bring new business and jobs to Inglewood and throughout Greater Los Angeles,” real estate developer and owner of the Los Angeles Rams Stanley Kroenke in a statement. “The NFL is the most-watched programming in the country and having NFL Media in our district is an important step in creating a global destination at the center of the world’s entertainment capital. The interest in this development and the stadium has been incredible and NFL Media’s presence will further revitalize a proud and historic part of the Los Angeles landscape.”

The recently completed seven-story technology complex, located at 900 District Drive, is approximately 55,000 square feet at each floor, with private studio and office space. The building also includes a ground floor lobby, a shared rooftop deck for all tenants, a private terrace on each floor, and an outdoor broadcast facility. A custom-built NFL studio and studio support space totaling 74,922 square feet also is included in the design.

The new development houses the headquarters for approximately 200 employees at the NFL Network, which comprises NFL Films, NFL.com, the NFL app and NFL RedZone. The media company was previously located at 10950 Washington Boulevard in Culver City, but now will occupy 214,063 square feet at the new facility. An additional 165,000 square feet, encompassing floors five through seven, currently remains available for lease.

“As home to the Rams and Chargers, and now NFL Media, the LA Stadium and Entertainment District will be an attraction for NFL fans year-round,” said NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in a statement.  “Thanks to Stan’s vision, we know Hollywood Park will be the place to be – not just for football, but for entertainment and events, for living and for working. We are excited for NFL Media to join this transformative project.”

Located within Hollywood Park, the property sits on 298 acres of land and is within close proximity to the newly developed 70,000 square-foot SoFi Stadium, home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Rams. Hollywood Park also will soon be home to 1.5 million square feet of retail and office space, 20 acres of parkland, 1,500 residential units and a 6,000-seat performance venue. The development is also in close proximity to several freeways, including the I-405, the I-105, the I-110, providing easy access to the rest of the Greater Los Angeles area.
