Henley Capital has begun demolishing the shuttered City Inn & Suites motel beside Oak Cliff's new Halperin Park, the opening move in a roughly 26-acre assemblage the developer plans to redevelop with apartments, retail and other uses as investment accelerates around Dallas' second deck park.
