Innventure-backed Accelsius is growing its lease at EastGroup Properties' Springdale Business Center in Northeast Austin by 18,000 square feet, adding room to test two-phase liquid cooling on full AI server racks drawing more than a megawatt apiece as hyperscalers plan for far denser chips.
