Adkisson Group has lined up construction financing from Amegy Bank, arranged by IPA Capital Markets, to build Commerce Center Industrial Park, a nine-building light-industrial campus of roughly 509,000 square feet inside Partners Capital's 189-acre North Houston Commerce Park near FM 1960 and Aldine Westfield Road.
