LOS ANGELES, May 13, 2024 – IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), specializing in capital markets services for major private and institutional clients, announced the return of industry veteran Anita Paryani-Rice as senior managing director in its Los Angeles office.
Paryani-Rice rejoins IPA Capital Markets where she was consistently a top producer for over 15 years. Her commercial experience spans nearly three decades and over the course of her career, she has closed more than $5 billion in transactions.

Specializing in multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties, Paryani-Rice maintains strong relationships with domestic and foreign capital sources, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, the CMBS market, debt funds and agency lenders. She will report to John Manning, senior vice president and head of production for the firm’s Western Region.
