Arlington Backs Trammell Crow’s $123MM Downtown Mixed-Use Project With Nearly $36MM Incentive Package

Trammell Crow Company will redevelop the largest surface parking tract in downtown Arlington into a 390-unit mixed-use district after the City Council approved a package of grants and tax-increment reimbursements worth nearly $36 million, a deal that also hands the city a new home for its water utilities department.
