Our Americas Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Director
We are pleased to welcome Eric Euting as Arup’s new Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Director for the Americas region. Based in the San Francisco office, Eric will play a key role in driving the success of Arup’s EDI commitments across the organization. Eric is an experienced EDI and organizational change leader.
He comes to Arup after eight years at Deloitte as a leader in its EDI Consulting Practice, where he helped organizations build and refine their EDI strategies, trained executives on unconscious bias and inclusive leadership, developed innovative tools to support courageous conversations around inclusion and inclusive language, and built EDI roadmaps for implementation.
Arup has been recognized for its consistent efforts to prioritize EDI, receiving a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index. With Eric’s leadership, Arup will continue to take a holistic approach to EDI by including conversations about cognitive diversity, ability, language, and cultural differences, in addition to identities of gender, race and ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
