ATI Physical Therapy has leased a combined 4,848 square feet across two NewQuest shopping centers, taking 2,348 square feet at Fairfield Marketplace in Cypress and 2,500 square feet at Grand at Aliana in Richmond, as the outpatient rehab chain expands into master-planned suburbs on metro Houston's northwest and southwest edges.
