The 99,545 SF campus was acquired at approximately $193 per square foot, with a total sale price of $19,250,000. Atlantic Pearl Investments, Inc., a Ghassemieh family investment vehicle, purchased the campus from a private Seller.
Westlake Gardens provides an institutional-quality environment within the highly sought-after Thousand Oaks submarket, renowned for its strong demographic profile, executive housing, and business-friendly environment.

Colliers Vice Chair Sean Fulp, Executive Vice President Mark Schuessler, and Associate Vice Presidents Blake Hammerstein and Jordan Garcia represented the Seller in the transaction. Senior Vice President Jason Roth, also of Colliers, arranged the acquisition financing on behalf of the Buyer.
