Birtcher Anderson & Davis is continuing to sell off property in its Jurupa Valley Business Park. In a deal that closed on Dec. 9, the development company sold a 53,606 square foot industrial building for $12.3 million, or about $230 per square foot, public records show. The buyer in the transaction was Time Star LLC, an entity linked to Kunal Shoot.
The building is located at 5530 Stockdale Court in Jurupa Valley and sits on approximately 3.13 acres of land. The building is part of a larger industrial project, Jurupa Business Park, which consists of five buildings located at 5550 Stockdale Court, 5530 Stockdale Court, 5549 Stockdale Court, 5529 Stockdale Court and 5509 Stockdale Court. The business park is located near the junction of State Routes 91 and 60 and surrounded by a number of other industrial properties.
Construction began in the first quarter of 2021, with the project encompassing a range of small to medium sized industrial buildings. The recently sold property is the largest of the buildings, with the smallest at 26,777 square feet.
On Dec. 2, Birtcher Anderson & Davis sold another one of the buildings located within the business park. Previous reporting from The Registry indicates that the property was sold on Dec. 2 for $10.2 million, or about $230 per square foot. The 44,545 square foot building is located at 5509 Stockdale Court and was sold to an entity linked to Chung Wong.
Birtcher Anderson & Davis was founded in 1939, according to the company’s website, and currently manages more than 22 million square feet of property across the United States as well as in Asia. In addition, the company has developed more than 100 million square feet of property across the United States.
