Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate, the diversified investor and operator chaired by John Goff, has established a dedicated industrial investment and development platform and recruited a two-decade AllianceTexas veteran to lead it, formalizing the roughly $10 billion firm's entry into the sector during the busiest leasing stretch in Dallas-Fort Worth history.
