Dalfen Industrial has put its two-building Airport Logistics Center near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport up for sale weeks after Austin furniture maker Four Hands expanded to lease the full 806,229 square feet, handing investors a fully occupied, single-tenant distribution asset in a market still working through elevated vacancy.
