Delightful Development Co. and Woodbine Development Co. are teaming on a $160 million, two-hotel resort at the gateway to the Fort Worth Stockyards, a public-private bet unveiled the same day rival Majestic Realty Co. abandoned a planned $1 billion second phase for the historic district.
