The Cedar Park Economic Development Corp. board has endorsed roughly $1.8 million in performance-based incentives to bring two out-of-state aerospace suppliers into a single 96,000-square-foot building at Cedar Tech I, a deal that would push the speculative industrial park past the halfway mark on leasing before construction wraps.
