LOS ANGELES. – JLL announced today that Festival Companies has signed lease for 7,354 square feet of space at Marina View, a six-story, 60,918-square-foot creative office tower located at 13274 Fuji Way in Marina del Rey, California. Festival Companies will use the building for its headquarters.
JLL’s Micheal Geller represented the landlord, Kennedy Wilson. Festival Companies was represented by Rammy Rasmussen of Commercial Concepts. Marina View can accommodate a wide range of users from 1,500 to 11,500 square feet.

Marina View is ideally located on Fiji Way at Lincoln Boulevard at the end of the Marina Freeway (90) and just minutes from Interstate 405, providing convenient access to neighboring communities. The office tower is walking distance to abundant retail and restaurants at Caruso’s lifestyle retail center, Waterside at Marina del Rey, including Mendocino Farms, Starbucks, Sweetgreen, Sugarfish, Pinkberry, Fresh Brothers, CPK, Shake Shack and Ralphs.
