Frisco Approves $5MM Hotel Tax Rebate for Toyota Stadium Hotel and Convention Center, Opening Path to State Incentives

The Frisco City Council unanimously approved a Chapter 380 agreement that hands the Hunt family's development venture half of the city hotel tax from a planned hotel beside Toyota Stadium for up to a decade, and clears the way for a bid for state tax rebates that could prove decisive in getting the long-delayed district out of the ground.
