Tina represented the buyer, FTG, Inc., in the transaction. The sale price totaled $3,750,000 or $299 per square foot.
The building is located at 15405 Cornet Ave. Built in 1980, the single tenant warehouse sits on a 28,357 square foot lot with a secured fenced yard featuring concrete tilt-up construction, 2 ground level doors, and 14-foot clear height. The warehouse is in a prime LA Mid-Cities industrial submarket, minutes from the I-5 Freeway. FTG, Inc. designs and manufactures filtration, vibration isolation, and custom solutions for the mobile, marine, industrial, aviation, energy, and defense markets. FTG will move their current manufacturing operations from Modesto, in California’s Central Valley, to Southern California.
