CBRE National Partners has closed the sale of Twinwood Distribution Center, a fully leased, 737,632-square-foot multi-tenant warehouse off Interstate 10 in Brookshire, handing its new owner a Class A cross-dock building with surplus power and a 7.8-acre side parcel in one of Houston's busiest big-box corridors.
