Los Angeles, Calif. – Colliers announced two recent leases at Burbank Airport Business Park. Located in North Hollywood at 7103 and 7118 Fair Avenue, the business center features 15 free-standing, high-image industrial buildings totaling nearly 360,000 square feet.
The two leased facilities are situated near landmarks such as Burbank Airport, major entertainment studios and in proximity to the 5, 134 and 170 freeways. With tenants JT Construction Group, Inc. and Fluids Manufacturing, Inc. occupying the remaining spaces, (20,273 and 17,010 square feet, respectively) the business park is now fully leased. Colliers represented landlord, LINK Logistics Real Estate, with the representing team inclusive of senior vice president Billy Walk and executive vice presidents David Harding, Greg Geraci and Matt Dierckman.
“We are pleased with the outcome of these two distinctive deals,” Walk said. “Both transactions illustrate the continued strong demand for industrial space, particularly in the east San Fernando Valley market. LINK has now secured two valuable tenants and we couldn’t be more thrilled at the result of these strategic partnerships.”
As of Q3, vacancy rates sit at 0.8% in the East San Fernando Valley, affirming the need for high-quality industrial real estate.
