Midlothian Clears Digital Ranch’s 3.9MM SQFT Data Center Campus With Four On-Site Power Plants South of RailPort

Midlothian has rezoned nearly 400 acres south of the RailPort Business Park and signed off on a development agreement and special district for Digital Ranch LLC, clearing the way for a 3.9 million-square-foot data center campus that plans to generate its own electricity at four on-site power stations.
