NTT Data cut the ribbon Oct. 9 on a Cyber Defense Center in Plano, tying an AI-driven security operation to the Legacy-area headquarters base the Tokyo-backed IT firm assembled in 2017 and to a Garland data center campus that is still adding buildings.
