Riverside Acquires Unico’s 122,000 SQFT Lavaca Plaza in Downtown Austin, a Site With Room for 882,000 SQFT

Riverside has taken control of Unico Properties' Lavaca Plaza, an 11-story office-and-parking tower at 504 Lavaca St. whose 0.8-acre site could support more than 882,000 square feet, adding a second high-density downtown Austin property to its holdings amid a wave of institutional office sales.
