Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties is readying a speculative 161,849-square-foot Class A industrial building on 16 acres along Cypress Creek Road in Cedar Park, betting that one of the Austin market's tightest and priciest industrial submarkets can absorb new space even as the wider metro works through a supply glut.
