Autonomous cargo-drone maker Skyways Air Transportation is deepening its Austin-area footprint, anchoring a 25,000-square-foot Tech Ridge headquarters while standing up a roughly 1,000-acre flight-testing operation at the long-planned Greenport development in Bastrop County.
