A joint venture between Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Company and global investment manager Cohen & Steers has acquired Oak Hill Plaza, a 116,000-square-foot neighborhood center anchoring one of southwest Austin's busiest intersections, wagering that a newly completed highway interchange will unlock fresh value in an affluent, fast-growing trade area.
