Technology company Valkyrie has relocated into 20,354 square feet of sublease space at 401 Congress Avenue, the downtown Austin tower known as Frost Bank Tower, tapping a shrinking pool of sublet space in a Central Business District that drew 30 percent of the quarter's leasing.
