Wafra Inc. Pays $34.32MM for 116,617 SQFT Industrial Park in Rialto

Wafra Inc. is scooping up more space in the Inland Empire. In a recent deal, an entity linked to the New York-based firm acquired an industrial park in Rialto for $34.32 million, or about $294 per square foot. The property was purchased from an entity linked to Compass Danbe Real Estate Partners, according to Vizzda records 

Located at 1545, 1595 and 1665 W Casmalia St., the park consists of three buildings totaling 116,617 square feet. The first building spans 26,342 square feet with 2,000 square feet dedicated to office space,  the second building is slightly larger at 41,266 square feet and 3,500 square feet of office space and the third building is 49,009 square feet with 3,000 square feet of office space. 

Compass Danbe Real Estate Partners developed the site after acquiring it in 2019, according to its website. 

The property is located just north of state route 210, and within close proximity of both Interstates 215 and 15. The area is home to numerous industrial developments, including several buildings occupied by Amazon, a Guitar Center distribution center, a Monster distribution center, Niagara Bottling and more. 

In nearby Fontana, Wafra Inc. also recently acquired more property from Compass Danbe Real Estate Partners, according to previous reporting from The Registry. The firm acquired a 76,809 square foot distribution center in Fontana for $28.43 million, or about $370 per square foot. The property is located at 14815 Hilton Drive and consists of one building on more than three acres of land. The building was constructed in 2022 and contains approximately 5,692 square feet of office space in addition to the industrial space with two grade-level doors and eight dock-high doors.
