The Welcome Group has started construction on Lower Kirby Business Park, a four-building, roughly 250,000-square-foot industrial campus on 25 acres in Pearland, with industrial maintenance firm Thorpe Plant Maintenance & Engineering already committed to 87,450 square feet ahead of a second-quarter 2027 delivery.
