Grupo Omnilife, the Mexican wellness company owned by Chivas soccer club owner Amaury Vergara, has completed a more than $64 million operations hub in Allen that pairs a corporate headquarters and distribution center with the multilevel-marketing firm's first manufacturing plant on U.S. soil.
