Hines Sells 86,000 SQFT Empower Pharmacy Building B at Grand National Business Park in Northwest Houston

Hines has sold Building B at its Grand National Business Park, an 85,797-square-foot warehouse fully leased to fast-growing drug compounder Empower Pharmacy for another 10.5 years, closing out another piece of the 107-acre Beltway 8 park it has been developing and selling off since 2018.
