Dallas-based White Rose Partners has scrapped its bid to build a 225,000-square-foot data center in Prosper, pulling the roughly $500 million Project Tomahawk from the town's agenda after planning commissioners unanimously recommended denial and more than 1,600 residents signed a petition against it.
