The 251-room 1 Hotel Austin has opened inside Waterline, the 1,025-foot Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential tower at 98 Red River Street, giving Barry Sternlicht's sustainability-driven luxury brand its first Texas address as the state's tallest building begins filling with tenants.
