STAG Industrial Buys Fully Leased 652,000 SQFT Border Warehouse at 9600 Pan American Drive in El Paso From BH Properties

STAG Industrial has added a fully leased, 652,090-square-foot distribution building near El Paso's busiest commercial port of entry to its border portfolio, buying the 1980s-era facility from BH Properties nearly 17 years after the Los Angeles investor acquired it from Electrolux.
