Dallas healthcare landlord Ridgeline Capital Partners has added four medical office buildings totaling 117,433 square feet in Bastrop, Conroe, Montgomery and Huntsville, stretching a firm built on Dallas-Fort Worth dialysis clinics into the growing fringes of the Austin and Houston metros.
