Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas has more than doubled the scope of its first real estate venture, lifting the opening phase of its 16-acre Ministry Park in the South Texas Medical Center to roughly $86 million around a 260-room dual-branded Hilton hotel, a parking structure and road upgrades, with office, restaurants, retail and possibly housing planned for later phases.
