Tesla has taken 82,251 square feet of office space for a new location at 717 E Parmer Lane in Northeast Austin, the second-largest deal on Savills' list of notable third-quarter leases, in a submarket where more than 40 percent of the space is available and asking rents sit well below the metro average.
