EastGroup Properties has paid roughly $38 million for 70 acres in Frisco, nearly tripling its planned Frisco Park 121 campus from four buildings to 11 and pushing the industrial project past 1 million square feet as Dallas-Fort Worth's warehouse market keeps absorbing space at a record clip.
