Hoque Global and PegasusAblon have won 10 more months to buy the 72-story Bank of America Plaza, pushing their closing deadline to July 30, 2027 and preserving the $103 million in downtown tax increment financing that underpins a $409 million plan to turn Dallas' tallest building into an office, hotel and retail hub.
