Foundry Commercial has acquired a 15-acre site along the fast-growing I-35W corridor to build a two-building, Class-A logistics complex anchored by Amazon delivery partner Gemini Logistics, marking the Austin-based courier's first push into the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
