Chipmaker GlobalFoundries has expanded to 20,302 square feet at 98 San Jacinto Boulevard, a lakefront address in downtown Austin's Central Business District, growing an office that handles sales, marketing and finance while the company's fabs and headquarters sit far from Texas.
