Export packing and crating specialist Gulf Coast Crating signed a 500,290-square-foot new lease at 1805 Greens Road in North Houston, backfilling a former Walgreens facility in the latest step in an expansion that has added well over 1 million square feet to its footprint across the region in roughly two years.
