United Therapeutics has switched on its 77,448-square-foot biosecure swine facility at 11848 Common Dock Dr. in McCord Development's Generation Park, a roughly $96 million bet that Houston can manufacture transplantable kidneys and hearts at commercial scale the moment federal regulators allow it.
