Nan & Company Properties, the Houston affiliate of Forbes Global Properties, has moved its Woodlands team out of a coworking suite and into a 2,890-square-foot office at 10001 Woodloch Forest Drive, after the luxury residential brokerage grew to 22 local agents and $100 million in 2025 sales since entering the market in March 2024.
