A Hopewell Development and MBK Industrial Properties joint venture has sold the larger of its two Tristar Business Park warehouses near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to Blue Ocean TX Industrial, LLC, completing its exit from the two-building Irving campus four months after offloading the smaller sibling to an owner-user.
