Weeks after selling its 365-unit Vic at Jordan Ranch to Orix, Hunington Residential has started construction on The Vic at Sunterra, a 279-unit apartment community at the entrance to Katy's Sunterra master-planned community, financed with a $47 million HUD-insured loan arranged by Dwight Capital.
