A joint venture between Kite Realty Group Trust and Singapore's GIC has taken control of Legacy West, the 255-acre luxury retail, office and apartment district anchoring Plano's corporate relocation corridor, in a $785 million trade that handed seller Invesco Real Estate a gain of roughly $500 million on a project built for $282 million.
