The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, the post-trade backbone of U.S. securities markets, has committed to 133,786 square feet at Billingsley Company's 9001 Cypress Waters Boulevard, the second-largest office lease in Dallas-Fort Worth during the third quarter and one of six financial services deals among the quarter's biggest.
