Houston-based Levey Group has assembled 30 acres at the southeast corner of East Beltway 8 and Tidwell Road and plans Levey East Belt, a three-building, 445,750-square-foot warehouse and distribution project slated to deliver in early 2028 into a Northeast Houston submarket where rents trail the rest of the city but are climbing quickly.
