Nearly a Third of Houston’s 18.4 Million SQFT Industrial Pipeline Is Pre-Leased Before Delivery

Tenants have already claimed 31 percent of the 18.4 million square feet of industrial space under construction in Houston, and three projects totaling about 1.9 million square feet are on track to deliver fully leased, according to CBRE's third-quarter 2026 data.
